This vibration monitoring system, designed especially for wind turbines, offers an effective solution to reliability issues affecting the main components of wind turbines. Today, various wind farms are reaching the end of their guarantee periods. From now on, operators must cover the costs of maintaining and repairing the main components subject to premature wear.

In addition to the production losses resulting from downtime, maintenance costs eat into the return on investment, as factors such as wear to one component causing damage to others, and the cost of cranes, transportation and urgent procurement of parts, all add up.

More than 60% of ONEPROD's systems are installed in wind turbines: KITE has been designed to offer optimized monitoring of wind turbines. Its 12 acquisition channels make it possible to monitor the drivetrain, structure and nacelle. Faults are identified with great accuracy months before maintenance work is required, including in relation to the gearbox.
