FIX, LIFT, MOVE with new vacuum lifting units by AERO-LIFT

AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik presents the new AERO ADVANCE vacuum lifter

AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik hailing from Binsdorf in South-West Germany (Baden-Württemberg) introduces its new generation vacuum lifting systems: The AERO ADVANCE vacuum lifters. It comes with a completely new look and innovative features such as the intelligent warning device, the built-in automatic power saving system and the new safety spiral hoses that prevent the cables from tangling when the unit is turned or adjusted. The hot-dip galvanised, solid steel beams built-in are particularly durable and offer permanent protection against corrosion.

The LED lamps and easily understandable symbols on the new plastic housing with an aluminium look indicate when the machine is ready for operation. Two high-quality vacuum pumps - just like all other components - are integrated in a pleasant housing box, protected against dust. In the event of a failure of one pump, the other pump takes over and provides safety of operation. The new lifting device series is available in various versions with a lifting capacity of up to 1,200 kg. As the pumps are enclosed, the unit is particularly silent.

Operation is extremely simple: Turn the main switch to start the unit. As soon as the green LED on the housing lights up, sufficient vacuum has been built up and the unit is ready for use. A single operator is all it takes to lift large, heavy sheets via the generated vacuum without any exertion of force and without damaging the material. Now the work piece can be conveyed for further processing, e.g. to a punching or laser cutting machine. The articulated and double spring-loaded suction plates provide for a cushioned, smooth placement and elevation of the lifting unit even under load. Heavy plates can be easily separated using the articulated suction plates.

The hot-dip galvanised cross beams as well as the suction plates themselves can be easily moved, depending upon the width and length of the work piece to be lifted. The suction plates can optionally be switched on or off via manual slide valves.

The ergonomic multifunctional operating handle has practical control buttons for the chain hoist and the "Suction/Release” commands. The operating handle can be angled and telescoped. All operating commands can be accessed without reaching around while the ergonomic handle width allows the operator to maintain a relaxed posture. An emergency stop provides maximum safety - in case of an emergency, the unit can be stopped instantly.

The supple, durable gaskets of the suction plates can be changed quickly, easily and inexpensively. The clamp is loosened and the gaskets are replaced in a few simple steps. The AERO-LIFT Vacuum Lifting Systems "Made in Germany" meet the highest safety standards.

Optional equipment, suitable spare parts, crane or rail systems are available for all vacuum lifting units. On request, AERO-LIFT offers its customers the annual accident prevention inspection required by law - the "TÜV" for lifting equipment. This way, the AERO-LIFT vacuum lifting equipment is always maintained, ready for use and safe.
