AGME Hydraulic Presses for efficient tube crimping
AGME Automated Assembly solutions offer a complete turnkey package from the initial design to the final machine installation. AGME hydraulic presses have been installed in the main automotive companies throughout the world for forming processes like tube crimping. AGME crimping machines are constructed to offer the fastest solution to their automation needs. These hydraulic presses control the crimping process in order to achieve the parts´ homogeneity and minimize the cycle time.
The main components of this crimping machine model are: one AGME hydraulic press model PH-15, flattening tools, 2 units with their dies/axes to penetrate the tube driven by pneumatic cylinders, 4 hydraulic cylinders with their individual axes and mechanical tops, hydraulic groups and one plc to control the process. The two axes/dies will be inserted inside the tubes to allow the right deformation from the inside and the hydraulic cylinders will make the embossing.
In addition, there is an automated unloading of the parts to a ramp with a selection of OK parts and NOK parts.
