AGME PE-50 UC servopress for an efficient integration into special machines

AGME Automated Assembly Solutions presents their new AGME servopresses, PE-50 UC model. They are ideal to perform processes that require more precision and repeatability and be integrated into larger machines. Its electric cylinder has a repeatability of 0.01 mm and can get a ±0,5 % force measure precision if a load cell is incorporated.

These AGME servopresses can perform a 5-50 kN force with a high advance speed of 240 mm / sec. Furthermore, their working speed is within 1-35 mm / sec. Their compact design and robust conception lead to a long working life. These electric cylinders are designed to be incorporated into larger machines, special and custom-made machines.

The AGME PE-50 UC servopresses can or cannot have the standard software of the complete AGME eletric press, despending on the technical specifications of the machine where it will be integrated. The multichannel interfaz can manage up to 3 servopresses with the same software.

Besides the servopresses can be managed by the automata that is in the special machine where they are integrated into. Other advantages of working with these electric cylinders are their simple and quick installation and their need of little maintenance, all of which allow for a greater flexibility and versatility.
