BCM SENSOR has recently successfully developed a wireless sensor network (WSN) system. This system contains several wireless sensors and a wireless network monitor, as shown in the picture. This system is an independent system employing 2.4GHz RF technology for communication. Its communication range can reach ~100 meters through open space.

This WSN system is designed for indicating whether the monitored force, load, or pressure is within a tolerance. The current system is integrated with load pins. This technology although can be used with other sensors as well. The number of the wireless sensor in one WSN system can be adjusted according to applications.

The core of this system is the monitor WSN1000. This monitor can indicate status of each affiliated wireless sensors by multi-color LED and can reset the status of all sensors with only one button.

The WSN system of WSN1000 offers the following benefits:
