Boteco present new range of metal hinge METALLINE® O300 series.

With this new upgrade Boteco offers its customers the possibility of choosing more robust, high performing Catalogue products for use in applications where the traditional plastic hinge is not suitable (such as for example in foodstuff or medical applications or for particularly heavy doors or when high working temperatures are involved).

Three versions are available at the moment:

O300 for die-cast zamak pressed hinge with black cataphoresis finish;

O300 L for zamak hinges with shiny chrome-plated finish;

O300 CIN for a brushed AISI 304 stainless steel version.

All versions have a through-hole for countersunk head screws and an AISI 303 stainless steel rotation pin.

For each model four hole centre to hole centre sizes are available:

O30025: centre to centre distance 25mmx25mm with hole for M05 screw

O30030: centre to centre distance 30mmx30mm with hole for M06 screw

O30036: centre to centre distance 36mmx36mm with hole for M08 screw

O30040: centre to centre distance 40mmx40mm with hole for M06 screw
