Latest application note of in-situ glucose sensors for biotechnology
Use of in-situ glucose sensors in T-Flasks with Fibroplast cell culture to determine the optimal cell density to start with.
In this application the optimal cell density of Fibroplast cells should be determined to start with in T-Flasks. Three settings were tested 1000 cells / cm2, 5000 cells / cm2 and 20000 cells / cm2. It was tested if the growth can be determined with the in-situ glucose sensors and if the sensors shows differences in glucose consumption.
