Automatic system for electric motor rotors
Innovative solution
Automatic system for the balancing of electric motor (for cars) with axial correction on both sides and an automatic loader interfaced with the Customer pallet line. The system is equipped with a Robot (anthropomorphic arm) that provides for the loading/unloading of the part from the Customer pallet line to the balancing station.
The system is besides prepared for the loading of master rotor with a well-known unbalance for measuring controls.
Balancing system with belt driving. Supporting the rotor on its own roller bearings and equipped with a pneumatic
group for axial pre-load. Drilling unit with two controlled axes, swarf extractor probe and feeler device.
