CONVEYOR WITH CURVED HYGIENIC BELT
FOR NON-PACKAGED PRODUCTS
This curved belt conveyor has been designed especially for the particular constraints of the food industry, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics :
• easy belt replacement (removal from the inside),
• easy cleaning,
• construction adapted for environmental constraints, with fram and legs in stainless steel or 304L stainless stell or sprayed epoxy paint in the required RAL colour.
The specific benefits of this conveyor are of 3 types :
• easily reversible flow,
• very silent operation (75 dB (A) at 60 m/min)
• high-speed conveying.
Pratical information :
• 150 to 1500 mm useful belt widths,
• 20 to 180° angular dimensions,
• 300 to 1500 mm mean raduises,
• and all specific dimensions on request,
• rotating diameters 7 mm, 16 mm and 47 mm for end transmissions, before and after the machine,
• optional belt scraper, retention container and other specific features.
This hygienic curved belt conveyor complies with CE et FDA requirements.
