FORMA, New High Capacity Folder for Subcontracting – from CIDAN

We have heard it before – ”Folders are nothing for us, we are subcontractors!” A rumor with some grain of truth. CIDAN from the Swedish city Götene is now launching their latest folder, FORMA, which will torpedo this old rumor!

A common statement: ”Only tin-smiths have use for folders, with one-of-a-kind production or small series production!” FORMA from CIDAN is a ”Cross-over” that handles both the requirements from small series production to proper subcontracting. Speedy production (low cost), Sweet to the operator (easy ergonomics ), Strong construction (machines for life). As usual with CIDAN’s machines – great for forming sensitive material without leaving die marks!

What is the difference between the FORMA and previous models? Our CEO Peter Tafazoli: ”We have listened carefully to our customers, and FORMA is the answer. CLS (Clamp Lock System) allows you to clamp harder and form more accurately! Massive side frames ensure longevity and reliability. FORMA is equipped with a new version of the well-proven control system, Prolink S. The aim has been to make Your work as an operator simple, regardless whether you work in one-of-a-kind production or subcontracting in higher volume. Our module-based Accurate Gauging System (AGS) is even more flexible ”all those operations that You earlier have hesitated to do”.
