NEW DOSING-MOULDING LINES OF PRESSED CHEESE IN ARGENTINA

Mastellone's new line will produce up to 7.000 kg per hour of pressed cheese.

Mastellone Hnos S.A Company, leader enterprise in manufacturing and commercialisation of dairy products in Argentina, increases their new dosing-moulding line production up to 7.000 Kg/hour of pressed cheese with the production of Pategras, Danbo, Gouda and Reggian cheese.

With the incorporationof the innovative UNIVERSAL dosing-moulding machine model, with the same dosing-moulding machine the customer is able to produce different kinds of formats and cheese types with a simple format and fast change and/or by choosing it from the control panel.

This new complete moulding installation and a buffer tank will provide a lower labour cost, greater line automation and a better flexibility and production capacity for the company. Thanks to its versatility, it is able to produce different formats and recipes and achieving a high homogeneity in the final cheese. Plus, it stands out for its high level of hygiene and reduced time of the cleaning process.
