Automatic machine for surface treatment of stainless steel

Pots and lids polishing and grinding

The plant consists of a rotating table and eight units of which:

-6 polishing units;

-1 grinding unit;

-1 polishing and grinding unit.

All the units are equipped with controlled axes, programmable through the PLC Siemens system, which allow an extreme precision of the movements and a high quality of the result.

The machine is designed for the external polishing and mirror finishing of stainless steel pots and lids.
