The result of COSMAP's forty-year experience, the machine is designed to achieve a TOWERING POLISHING LEVEL.
The plant consists of a two-station rotary table, one polishing unit and an automatic buffs storehouse.
The latter one allows to work with different types of buffs even big workpieces, like the tanks, without building bulky plants or renouncing to excellent results.
The CNC polishing unit, thanks to its 5 controlled axes, can autonomously pick up each of the 8 buff packs in the storehouse.
The index of the rotary table allows to hide the loading and unloading times of the pieces leading to an INCREASE IN PRODUCTIVITY.
Finally, the photosensitive barriers, the laser scanner and the protection wall ensure that an impeccable quality and high productivity are associated with a SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
