Automatic pieces loading-unloading and transport
The revolutionary COSMAP grinding and polishing system allows to have a FINISHED, grinded and polished, product in VERY SHORT TIMES.
The plant, the result of forty years of experience in the field of metal surface treatment, combined with engineering expertise and innovation, consists of:
TWO AUTOMATIC LOADING STATIONS, TWO ROBOTS that pick up the pieces from these and support them during processing at the FOUR GRINDING UNITS.
After the belt processing, the robots deliver the pieces to the CARTESIAN MANIPULATOR that brings them to the ROTARY TABLE, equipped with four pairs of spindles.
On this, the pieces are processed by the THREE POLISHING UNITS and then returned to the Cartesian manipulator; finally, they are deposited on the CONVEYOR BELT which leads them to the outside of the machine.
