Featured machines include the RPF Rotary Piston Filler, the IPF4 Gallon Inline Piston Filler, the GW24 Ampule and Vial Batch Washer, the FSC50 Combination Filling & Screw Capping Machine and the FPS2-SS Ampule Filler and Sealer. Fast, flexible, and reliable, our RPF Rotary Piston Fillers are automatic machines that accommodate a wide range of containers and products of most viscosities at high production speeds of up to 540 per minute. This series is available in different frame sizes and models; from four to thirty-six filling nozzles. The overhead driven pistons feature fine fill piston adjustment, achieving ±0.5% fill accuracy. In a quick-change format, these cylinders and pistons are easily removed for cleaning or changeover to other sizes. This year, Cozzoli’s RPF8 machine will be exhibited as a full-line along with an unscrambler and labeler.

The IPF4 Gallon Inline Piston Filler is ideally suited for filling a diverse range of products and is equipped with 4 heads. This series of fillers is ruggedly designed with a vertical piston. Precision built for long trouble-free operation, this machine can fill product volumes up to 157 fluid ounces with a single 10” stroke into metal, plastic, glass or rigid paper containers. The Inline Piston Filler has many different nozzle options available to effectively fill a wide variety of products with viscosities ranging from 1-100,000 centipoise and above, achieving accuracies of +\- 0.5 of 1% of the fill volume with proper nozzle and cylinder sizing.

The Cozzoli GW24 Batch Washer is a high production vial and ampule cleaning machine, designed for years of reliable operation. Using a PLC to control the wash cycle, the wash parameters can be programmed into the machine for individual wash cycles. Up to nineteen different wash recipes of 99 steps each provide for individualized customer requirements. All wash recipes can be password protected.

The FPS2-SS Automatic Monoblock Ampule Filing & Sealing Machine is equipped with stations for flushing with inert gas before and after filling. It operates with a double indexing format employing intermittent motion when advancing the ampoules. A drop drawback control mechanism eliminates hanging drops at completion of fill cycle and easy adjustment of the fill volume is by simple adjustment of a calibrated sector arm. Volumetric accuracy of fill is + 0.5%.

The FSC50 Combination Filling & Screw Capping Machine is a compact; single indexing, intermittent motion machine which will feed, fill, and screw cap. The unit is easy to set up and operate and comes with a built-in rotary unscrambling table, vibratory bowl, cap feeder, no-container/no-fill mechanism and bottom-up filling. The Cozzoli exclusive filling system provides volumetric accuracy of +/- 0.5 percent. This unit also features a drawback mechanism to eliminate hanging drops at the end of the fill cycle. The liquid contact parts are easy to dismantle for cleaning and sanitizing.

Our Lab, Pilot and Small Production Equipment puts traditional Cozzoli precision on the table-top, in compact designs that are easy to set up, operate, clean and sterilize. We will showcase our PF2-IS Powder Filler, our F400X-SS liquid filler and our BMSV Bench Model Single Valve Tabletop Liquid Filler.

The PF2-IS Powder Filler is designed to promote the highest level of performance for accuracy, repeatability and easy cleaning. Totally enclosed product pathway with no abrading parts ensures zero powder contamination. Fine tuning fill-volume adjustments can be made on the fly without tools. This machine is configured for use in an isolator.

The F400X-SS Single Piston Filler is your machine for filling liquids at low production rates with high accuracy. Fills aqueous solutions to light oils, easy to clean and sterilize, and is designed for rapid changeover. Shipped fully assembled and ready to use.

BMSV Bench Model Single Valve Filler is a single valve filling machine designed specifically to provide accurate economical filling of viscous products for lab work and small scale filling operations.
