VFG-E series vacuum cleaners are tailor-made for cleaning dust from grinders. It is with continuous bagging system.

SPECIALTY

①　Comparison of structure

Both of the VFG-E series and the VFG series adopts continuous plastic packing bag. But VFG-E series is more simple on the structure,so it is more flexible and economical.

②　HEPA filter cartridge

•Adopt two-stage filtering units. The first stage is star shape polyester needle felt filter bag which provides a minimum efficiency of 99% dust at 0.3-1.0μm .The secondary stage is “TORAY” cartridge filter which imported from Japan . This cartridge filter coated with PTFE film can ensure the filter efficiency up to 99% at 0.3μm dust. PM2.5 can be removed effectively under this filter fineness.

③　VFG-E Series Cleaning Method

•VFG-E Series adopt hand-pulled reverse jetting device which can deal with the dust on the filter more efficiently, and save resource at the same time.

•Unique continuous disposal Longopac® bag structure makes installing and releasing more convenient. Bagging is folded by tube plastic bags, and it can be continuously pull out. When it collects a certain amount of dust, user can seal the bag by cable ties (refer to the picture), and cut the bagging. Then user can continue using the next bag. It’s very economical and practical.

•VFG-E series are equipped with the digital display pressure switch that can remind the user of cleaning the machine.
