DSTI Honored as a 2019 Top Workplace by the Star Tribune

DSTI recognized as being a 2019 Top Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.

Dynamic Sealing Technologies, Inc. (DSTI), a leading provider of engineered fluid sealing and transfer solutions for rotating applications, today announced its recognition of being named a 2019 Top Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.

The Top Workplaces award is based solely on employee feedback through a third-party survey conducted by research partner Energage, which explores topics ranging from trust and management effectiveness, to perks and confidence in the future.

"We're incredibly honored to be named one of Minnesota's top workplaces," said DSTI General Manager Patrick Parker. "Creating a sustainable culture is extremely important to us, so this award is particularly special because it comes straight from the people that matter most, our employees."

The recognition is nice but it's not everything. "The results provide validation that we have created an environment where people are excited to come to work every day, but to ensure that remains, we're committed to taking the survey each and every year not with the sole purpose of receiving an award, but instead with a focus on truly making DSTI the best place to work year-over-year," Parker added.
