Electrolube Unveil New Conformal Coating Innovations

A huge investment in research & development came to fruition at Productronica Munich as Electrolube unveiled its ‘pièce de resistance’ - a range of exciting new conformal coatings, including a pioneering new two-component system, which was launched at the show on stand.

The global manufacturer of electro-chemicals took the opportunity provided by Productronica to unveil the jewel in its crown – the all-important conformal coatings product range - which this year is set to halt visitors in their tracks as the company showcases a remarkable new product range. Taking centre stage is the innovative range of two-component conformal coating systems, prefixed ‘2K’. The new range comprises three products, each meeting a host of specifications and all fully IPC-CC-830 compliant.

Electrolube can offer a conformal coating for virtually every type of application. Also making their debut at Productronica this year are ranges of urethane, silicone, fluorinated polymer and fluorinated solvent based products that meet key industry standards and the demands of a variety of harsh operating environments.

Brian Huang, Deputy R&D Manager from the Chinese team is responsible for the development of the SC-102 and URC coatings. Brian adds: “We are really looking forward to launching the new coatings at Productronica. Having recently won Best Conformal Coatings award in India for our entire range, we have taken innovation one step further to present the market with the very latest, cutting edge solutions for even more applications, which our team of knowledgeable staff will be able to advise visitors on during the show.”
