New product: Online Moisture Measurement including Flow Detection

For all types of dust, powder, granulates and other bulk solids

Utilizing the Microwave technology and adapted to difficult process conditions, the M-Sens 2 FD sensor is used for online moisture measurement of:

- all types of dust, powder, granulates and other bulk solids

- in different mounting positions on container outlets, screw conveyors, mixing systems, chutes, slides etc.

Thanks to its additional function "FD" (Flow Detection) compared to the basic version M-Sens 2, the sensor instantly detects the movement of the material in addition to the humidity measurement. This feature ensures that it is not the same material sample permanently measured resulting in misinterpretation of the measures. It also allow for rapid identification of a process failure (a defective screw conveyor, material jam, flow interruption, clogging, etc.).
