HGLaser Applied in aerospace industry

Let us explore the high-end lasertechnology behind the aerospace industry...

Laser cutting

Laser manufacturing technology has great prospects for industrialization in the fields of national defense and aerospace. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, low energy consumption, short process, good performance, digitization and intelligence.

Such as aircraft shells, generally made of titanium, nickel alloy, chrome alloy, aluminum alloy, yttria, stainless steel,molybdenum titanate and other special metals, with high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, etc. Ordinary cutting methods are difficult to complete the processing of materials, laser cutting can be processed into aircraft skin, honeycomb structure, frame, wing bin, tail wing,helicopter main rotor, engine casing and flame tube and other components.

HGLaser has successfully developed athree-dimensional five-axis fiber laser cutting machine, which is suitable forhigh-quality, high-precision, high-efficiency precision machining ofthree-dimensional workpieces with complex curved surfaces, improving theprocessing quality and efficiency of aerospace equipment, while reducing inputand maintenance. cost.

The key to the innovation of this equipment is the three-dimensional five-axis cutting head of the core components. The drive shaft is directly driven by the DD motor. The C axis of the rotary shaft can be continuously rotated in the vertical direction without restriction. The A axis of the swing axis can be oscillated ±135° in a vertical direction. The C axis and the swing A axis are both mounted on the Z axis. On the board, it can move up and down with the Z axis.

Laser welding

The welding of aircraft parts requires high environmental requirements. The traditional manual welding method requires one vacuum to be welded to one part,and the laser welding can eliminate this step, and the efficiency is increased by 5-6 times. Compared with the traditional machining, the laser welding heataffected area is small. The surface of the material is almost non-destructive;at the same time, the laser welding has the characteristics of automation and flexibility, and the intelligent manufacturing can be realized through dataprogra.

As a mature technology, laser welding has become an important means of connecting light alloys for aviation. It plays animportant role in the connection between structural parts and some engine partsin modern aerospace manufacturing.

The JRH series three-dimensional fiber flexible welding system developed by HGLaser has the following outstandingadvantages:

1. The unique horizontal moving inverted gantry structure design can adapt to the processing of different parts;

2. The equipment is highly flexible, with laser welding, fusion/repair, and laser heat treatment;

3. High performance fiber laser generators produced in the United States and Germany;

4. Professional fiber laser welding head imported from Germany;

5. Japan imports high quality pneumatic components;

6. Professional cooling and exhausting dustremoval system;

7. Configure the wire feeding system to achieve laser + MIG composite welding
