New briquette size of processed cheese (Processed cheese filling and wrapping machine ARU)

The principal routine starts by folding the cartons from flat sheet stack using a forming matrix in the window of the turning table. The heat sealable aluminum foil from the reel is being unwind and cut at specified intervals. Then the cut-outs are transferred on to the forming matrix where wrapping shells are formed in the window of the turning table. The shells are then filled with processed cheese in the dosing station of the machine. A lid of heat sealable aluminium foil is placed on top of the product, folded over and sealed by heated press. Finally, the lid of the single carton is closed while the product is moving on the conveyor.

The following vacuum blockings and indicators are installed on the machine:

• Control of cartons level in the cassette

• Machine is stopped if the cartons are not taken from the cassette

• Machine is stopped if there is no aluminum foil cut-out on to the forming matrix

• Machine is stopped if there is no aluminum foil lid
