Fiam develops assembly systems for all requirements:

- Manually used autofed screwdrivers with forward bit stroke or telescopic devices, to increase production efficiency and considerably reduce tightening cycle time, since manual phases of screws handling are eliminated (picking up the screw and positioning it correctly on the workpiece)

- Semi-automatic solutions, with fastening slides fixed on x y axis that streamline the work of operators and allow high maneuverability in large work areas, with clear working speed and ergonomics advantages.

- Fully automated tightening stations able to assemble automatically on more positions, on different levels and manageable also in fieldbus and Ethernet networks.

All solutions allow tightening at torque moment or in depth, also inside the holes, and imply different levels of control of the tightening process.

There are ensured high production and continuous working cycles, without jamming.
