EasyDriver CA is an auto feed electronic tightening system perfect to ensure reliability and accuracy in any industrial assembly process. For manual use or on machine, CA-XPAQ can be used in all industrial sectors, from automotive to aeronautic, from domestic appliances to electromechanical, always guaranteeing:

• Great tightening accuracy: built-in torque transducer and resolver ensures high resolution torque/angle parameter measurements

Designed to communicate, through the interface device, with the exterior (eg with the client PLC Master ); the system connects with the plant’s system through communications protocols (Industry 4.0) .
CA EASY DRIVER with X PAQ, screw feeding system consists of :
• SCREW FEEDER with great working autonomy and PLC integrated to manage all machine parameters and different regulations
• AUTO FEED DC DRIVEN SCREWDRIVER for analysis of the tightening process in real time. Available with torque and angle control, is raccordable feed and control unit.
The screwdriver is equipped with FORWARD BIT STROKE DEVICE suitable for tightening points close to sidewalls or inside small diameter holes even very deep. Not touching the surfaces, it doesn’t damage the components
• NOSE PIECE: the screw heads, are all custom-made on the type of screw employed and on the component to assembly; being a fundamental element to assure an excellent screw hold, the perfect guide on the tightening point, optimized encumbrances, all projected ones come and you realize one to one to assure high quality tightening.
