Diaphragm valves DK series: increasingly specialized to satisfy the requirements of all industrial applications, even of the most demanding ones.

The range of the maximized flow rate diaphragm valves DK series has been enriched by new options with the aim of providing more efficient solutions for industrial applications, even for the most demanding ones, such as the chemical industry.

The DK valves, thanks to the optimized fluid dynamic design, have a greatly increased flow coefficient and reduced pressure loss; the new internal geometry of the body also provides a sensitive and precise adjustment along the entire stroke of the shutter, thanks to the greatly improved characteristic curve.

MANUAL VALVES RANGE:

The range of manual valves, equipped with the innovative DIALOCK® handwheel lockable in over 300 positions, is now available also in the new flanged versions.

The new bodies are characterized by a monolithic flanged structure: this new design, free of joints between body and flanges, greatly reduces mechanical stress and increases system performance ensuring a maximum junction safety whenever one of the most critical features arises.

Besides, the wide range of connections and materials offers the maximum flexibility of installation: the new flanged versions are, in fact, available in PVC-U, PVC-C, PP-H and PVDF.

ACTUATED VALVES RANGE:

The range of pneumatic actuated valves is now available up to DN 65.

The whole range is equipped with robust and compact piston actuators in fiberglass reinforced PP (PP-GR), available in either a single-acting (NC/NO) or double-acting (DA) versions.

The construction features of the DK/CP make it the ideal solution for applications requiring an high operating frequency and a long lifetime under aggressive service conditions as well as in chemically aggressive environments.

From each product sheet of the FIP’s site are accessible the 3D drawings of the whole new range, downloadable from Trace Parts.

FIP identifies its industrial valves and measurement instruments by means of a batch number. The FIP batch number, placed on an adhesive label, is made up of 2 letters followed by numbers.

To simplify the identification of a product, we have therefore developed a new tool to read the batch number.

With this tool you can enter the batch number printed on the product label and identify the product's code and description straight away, simplifiyng the contact with our Technical Support Team or cutting the time to request an updated quotation!
