New Building For Flottweg USA

The official groundbreaking ceremony in Early September 2015 kicked off construction on Flottweg Separation Technology Inc.'s second building at its USA Independence, Kentucky Headquarters. The $2,500,000 million dollar building will provide a new machine storage, staging, and run-off area, new fabrication facility for skidded and containerized process systems, and additional personnel space for its expanding employee base.

The 20,000 square foot (1860 square meter) building should be completed by December 31, 2015. 4,000 square feet (380 square meter) of office space will house the Engineering Department with the remaining 16,000 square feet (1480 square meters) devoted to new machine storage, Factory Acceptance Tests, and fabrication of process systems, a growing portion of Flottweg USA’s business. "This new space will allow us to optimize all aspects of our new equipment supply and Aftermarket businesses. We will be able to offer our customers even more services and we'll have more opportunities for new hires. Should business continue to grow at the pace it has over the first eight years at this location, the building is easily and quickly expandable to allow for up to 8,000 square feet of office space and 42,000 square feet of manufacturing space” says Dan Ellis, President of Flottweg USA.
