COMBIFLUX – now with an immersion length of 1 200 mm for pumping from IBCs.

FBM-B 3100 - the first brushless battery motor worldwide for driving pumps. The motor has a powerful exchangeable battery and provides the greatest possible flexibility - completely independent of the mains supply.

Ideal for filling smaller quantities

The COMBIFLUX pump is especially suitable for transferring smaller quantities e.g. out of narrow-necked and difficult to access containers or now from IBCs as well. In the new immersion length of 1 200 mm the COMBIFLUX is available in stainless steel and polypropylene. This means that the COMBIFLUX is also suitable for aggressive media. Thus the chemical and electroplating industry are able to pump acids e.g. hydrochloric, acetic, phosphoric and sulphuric acids and alkalis such as caustic soda or potassium hydroxide.

For a maximum degree of flexibility

Due to the modular design, when using COMBIFLUX it is possible already with the

commutator motor FEM 3070 to drive several pumps in succession in different containers. If one selects the brushless battery motor FBM-B 3100 as the drive even more possibilities are opened. This combination makes utilization possible where the laying of cables is problematic or undesirable, mains supplies are unstable or where there is no mains supply at all - e.g. outdoors. When the lithium battery of the FBM-B 3100 is empty it can quickly and easily be exchanged and recharged within as little as 30 min. Dependent on pump and material the stepless speed adjustment enables flow rates of 12 l/min to 60 l/min to be achieved. For example this means that a 200 l drum can be emptied in just three minutes.

Using the lowest speed, even ten 200 litre drums can be emptied - with just one battery

charge.
