Visual Layers with variable position sensors reflect exactly these principles.

They give you the ability to check the level of the liquid at a certain point in a clear and precise way.

The principle used is that of communicating vessels: the liquid passes through the level by means of hollow screws, revealing to the user the precise point of the liquid inside the tank.

Through a rich range of components, these levels meet the most demanding requirements at a low cost. They can be equipped with taps that interrupt liquid flow from tank to level, thermometers to visually monitor temperature or PT 100 for continuous temperature monitoring via PLC.

The various tubing, screws, heads and OR materials that provide great flexibility of use.

The electrical sensors that can be positioned along the level wheelbase can be positioned at the end of the end customer's choice and can have switching contacts (SPDT) or simple (SPST) with memory.

The interlaces provided by 127 ÷ 3000 mm meet the needs of each customer. In this way they can be interchangeable with the existing levels in the market and above all be tailor-made to the needs of the customer.

The "U" screen is normally mounted to provide visibility on the front of the level, but if necessary it can be rotated 90 ° to get visibility right or left.
