FRIGERIO ETTORE SPA is a family-run company, established in 1948, having proud traditions in the European metal working market.

The core business of the company is cold metal sheet stamping and deep drawing combined with welding, assembling and industrial washing to produce complex parts upon customer’s drawing.

All of this is supported by a workshop devoted to the design and in-house building of dies.

In order to supply its customers with a finished product, Frigerio is equipped with its own industrial washing and barreling machineries.

Our machinery range includes

- automatic presses for stamping from coil (100 to 500 tons)

- hydraulic and mechanical presses for manual stamping (30 to 400 tons)

- projection welders with electronic weld parameter control

- single and three phase projection spot welders

- robot arc welding systems with power up to 600 Kw

- dedicated welding machines designed and built internally to comply with the specificities of single production processes/products.

Our engineering department constantly analyzes the technical feasibility of new parts, evaluates the production of new prototypes and plans complete production processes.

Thanks to its longtime activity, Frigerio possesses top experience and expertise necessary to offer stable and efficient complex production processes.

The cooperation with qualified suppliers makes a selection of superficial treatments available.

Our production also includes a wide range of hardware articles, especially toggle latches, manufactured to industry standards or customer specifics

In order to ensure diffused quality practices in all our processes the company has developed a Quality System that has been awarded in 1992 with the ISO 9002 certification and later on with the ISO TS 16949.
