Smart communication with the new Ha-VIS mCon 3000 Ethernet switches

Ha-VIS mCon 3000 Ethernet switches are highly efficient, reliable and safe with a rugged design to withstand rigorous industrial conditions. These Ethernet switches enable complex and efficient network structures to be designed in order to meet the increasing demands of the industrial and networking sector. The degree of protection, mechanical stability and the complete management software provide high operational safety, high availability, monitoring and network security.

Ha-Vis mCon 3000 Ethernet switches can be used as PROFINET I/O devices which allow them to be used in PROFINET applications. They support Precision Time Protocol (PTP) version 2, which enhances their accuracy. Media Redundancy Protocol (MRP) and synchronization are also offered.

Han® Ex ideally suited for potentially explosive areas

The Han® Ex from Harting provides full connector systems with integrated housings and inserts. The connectors are engineered to meet the safety requirements of the ignition protection class. The housing is made up from alloy, which can be used in pulverized methane-coal dust atmospheres. This tool also offers IP protection class 65 in mated condition. The contact inserts consist of a high number of pins, and meet the standards of the ignition protection class in the tightest of spaces.
