HANSECONTROL equips own testing institute with testing machines by Hegewald & Peschke

Testing machines for comprehensive quality assurance

The certification company Hermes HANSECONTROL Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH has ordered several testing machines from Hegewald & Peschke for its testing institute in Hamburg. HANSECONTROL assists its customers in all issues related to quality assurance from product development to risk prevention.

The scope of supply includes:

• a stationary Rockwell hardness tester NR3-DR

• a mobile pendulum stroke testing machine incl. various impact devices and pendulum stroke hammers as well as

• a universal testing machine Inspekt table blue 10kN with an extensive range of accessory solutions.

The three testing systems will be used for direct component testing. The pendulum stroke testing system is specified for tests on chairs and tables.

The universal testing machine is true to its name and covers a wide range of possible tests and test specimen. It will be used for pull-out tests of screws on wooden boards, in order to test the quality of kitchen counters. Furthermore, bending tests on wood composites, such as chipboards for kitchen, pressure tests on soft elastic foam materials, tensile tests on soothers, tests on zippers, tensile tests on bike chain master links, tensile tests on cable straps, shear tests on glued wood specimen and many other material tests will be carried out with the universal testing machine. The accessories and tools such as T-grooved plate and specimen holder, various clamping tools and pressure plates that has been delivered together with the testing machines, were no less comprehensive.
