New adaptation of the HIDROGARNE MV-250E model hydraulic press to perform work involving deep-drawing

As all our HIDROGARNE M series hydraulic presses, this press is equipped with a mechanized lower and upper CK-42 stainless steel table with two “T” DIN-650 grooves. We ensure a minimal friction in the vertical displacement of the upper table by installing alloy bronze bushings with graphite filler and a perfect parallelism by four cylindrical columns chromed, rectified and made of CK-45 steel.

The upper table ensures perfect alignment by means of 4 cylindrical lateral rails with anti-friction bimetallic caps which require no maintenance.

The lower table accommodates a hydraulic cushion of 50 tons with a useful area of 950x750 mm and three frontal arms to support the matrix on the outside of the press.

Adjustments to the position of the upper table, changes of the speeds and cushion are controlled from a NC SIEMENS KP-400 with a PLC SIEMENS S-7 that allows to program 99 memories.

The cylinder is single acting with a lapping liner, chrome plunger and maintenance-free anti wear guides.

The hydraulic group is located entirely on top of the hydraulic press. It includes Denison silent hydraulic pump and air-oil cooler.

It includes decompression system, pressure solenoid valves, pre-filled valves, switching valves, check valves, pressure relief valves and anti-drop valves.

The control panel features a switch enabling the user to select the desired type of work in a manual position to do adjustments and automatic for production.

Operation is carried out by low voltage electric pedals.

Safety is guaranteed by the use of level IV photoelectrical sensors situated at the front of the equipment, two fixed lateral protections panels and one practicable protection panel with a magnetic detector disconnection switch situated at the rear.
