This HIDROGARNE HV-series has been designed with a standard range of three powers, 150t, 220t and 300 tonnes, and with the possibility of attaching a variety of tools to these machines.

Thanks to its horizontal design, it permits an easy handling of large size beams and profiles.

Like other HIDROGARNE hydraulic presses series, these straightening horizontal presses HV work with hydraulic pressure lower than 320 BAR to ensure the greater durability of the hydraulic system as a whole.

HV series cambering presses consist of an electro-welded structure made solely of ST-52.3 steel, stabilised and machined at the end of the structural welding process, and calculated and designed by finite software with level 5 structural resistance coefficient. With all this, we ensure a perfect parallelism and precision and our high robustness, precision and quality standards.

The cambering presses HV series are equipped with a pushing main table and a supporting back table, both made of CK-42 stainless steel, mechanized with two “T” DIN-650 grooves. In addition, they include as standard, supporting blocks also made of CK-42 stainless steel.

The main cylinder is double-acting, its stroke can be regulated thanks to the squared regulating panel with stroke endings which comes as standard. The two-speed motorized hydraulic unit of this HV-series stands out for its automatic high speed deactivation, the decompression valve and the pressure regulator.

The control panel features a switch enabling the user to select the desired type of work that we want to make in a manual or semi-automatic position and a switch to select the operation in high approaching speed or in low working speed.
