Screw-cap Torque Tester DTXS/DTXA series became more useful!!

IMADA Screw-cap Torque Tester DTXS/DTXA series has been renewed.

It became more useful.

The main improved points are

1. The battery charging time became shorter. (Necessary time for full charging 8 hours →2hours. The continuous using time is same 8 hours as before)

2. Setting lock function to prevent malfunction has been installed.

3. The output sampling rate for a USB flash drive became selectable. (100Hz, 50Hz or 1 Hz. Only for DTXA series)

The original useful functions are also available.

1. 2000 Hz high speed sampling rate. Capture momentary torque.

2. Real time mode and Peak mode (switchable)

3. Easy menu operations for test settings such as Pass/Fail decision, high/low setting point and more.

4. Clear OEL display

5. Easy checking LED lamps –NG/OK/+NG.

6. Switchable units N-m, N-cm, kgf-m, kgf-cm, ozf-in, lbf-in (It is depending on the torque gauge range.)

7. 1000 data points are storable in the internal memory.

8. Data logging software is included.

9. Connecting USB flash drive directly, the continuous data can be stored without PC *DTXA series only.

10. 2000 Hz graph drawing is possible with the optional software.

11. Torque-Angle measurement is possible by connecting a torque stand equipping a rotary encoder (the stand is separately-sold). The torque-angle graph drawing is also possible with the optional software.*DTXA series only
