OptiScan allows to obtain high precision 3D digitalisations for reverse engineering applications, virtual metrology, automated inspection and robot guidance, providing the highest precision and sensitivity.

OptiScan also allows working on glossy surfaces or dark colors without the need to use sprays. The exclusive design of laser, optics and electronics provides the best synchronization with the machine (CMM, CNC, robot, portable arm), resulting in high quality precision and repeatability. OptiScan optical sensors offer a new way to inspect the quality of various parts by obtaining a digital copy, and the automation of both dimensional measurements and comparisons against CAD. It captures 3D point clouds of the highest definition for the automotive, aeronautics, rail, wind, electronics and consumer industries.
