CT 80 ride-on scrubber dryers: a winning hand from IPC Gansow

Though extremely compact (length only 130 cm), the CT 80 nevertheless carries an 80 litre solution tank that gives better than average autonomy for this class of machine.

The entry level, single brush version (55 cm cleaning width) is equipped with a 105 Ah battery unit (2x12 V batteries) and is designed to give about 2 hours use per shift, while the two-brush version (60 or 70 cm cleaning width) is fitted with more powerful motors and an 180 Ah battery unit (4 x 6 V batteries) that is good for over 3 hours of use.

The CT 80 also features the exclusive EcoSelect function. This uses a single program to control the delivery of water and cleaning product according to the speed of the machine, as well as the speed of the brush and suction motors, reducing both energy consumption and noise.

Another important innovation lies in a generous new operator display with intuitive symbols and selectable languages.

Versions with battery chargers can also be equipped with IPC Gansow''s unique TCL technology, which limits the need for trickle charging and can even double battery lifetime in applications involving shifts of constant duration.

The CT 80 is designed to deliver excellent levels of service and comes complete with a memory card that can be removed and read by service personnel. This card stores the product''s main operating parameters and records battery discharging and re-charging patterns so that technical assistance can be tailored to meet the needs of the customer.
