It is a great honor for J&R announce that the Norway Road Authority has selected J&R Weatherproof Auto-dial SIP Telephones from our local agent for several Tunnel Project Installation..

The client required said that they need a solution which can reduce the operational costs and improve safety of the Tunnel Project. Once receiving the detail requirement and the Tender Specifications from the client, Marvin Tang (the Sales VP and Marketing Director of J&R) target to provide the most suitable phone model and cost-effective solution, which has received highly praise from the client.

We’d like share some main features of this JR Tunnel SIP Emergency System with you:

1. “Auto-dial-on-handset-lift" feature allows users to simply lift the handset to connect directly to the tunnel assistance help center, so the users don't have to worry about what number to dial in case of emergency.

2. The J&R SIP telephones can be controlled and managed from a central location, thereby ensuring cost effective maintenance and improved up-time.

3. The telephones are easy to maintain, as any updates can be done from the central control center. Remote management functionality provide higher up-time compared to traditional analogue telephone systems, which translates into increased safety for the tunnel.
