LSXPT Honeycomb Core Breadboard For Optical Position Measurement

Honeycomb core structure clean top optical breadboard is wildly utilized in optical and medical labs, high precision equipment and aviation industry testing. With its features of high rigidity and low net weight, it provides a solid mounting base for various experiments and enables the accuracy of the experiments. The structure of the breadboard includes top and bottom skins , sealed clean cups and honeycomb rib plates. The top skin plate is made of superconducting magnetic stainless steel(430). The honeycombs is made of stretched aluminum, preventing the occurrence of inner resonance within the breadboard. Sealed cups keeps the dust, water and small objects from dropping inside the core. Inside the core, trapezoidal steel sheets stick to each other and forms the honeycombs. The rigidity of the breadboard is maximized under such structure while the total weight reduced substantially.
