New technology breakthrough of different signals integrated

Combined slip ring of ethernet signal and hi- frequency signal transmission

Conductive slip ring can transmit a varieties of different signals like: Ethernet 、 USB、RS、Can bus 、FireWire、Servo motor signal、encoder signal、Strain gauge signal、thermocouple signals etc. Different signals can be integrated in one products too. For example ，currently JINPAT R & D a new combination slip ring of Ethernet and high frequency signals transmission.

Ethernet signal is specifically designed for 250Mhz frequency signal, used to transmit 100M/1000M Ethernet signals, and it can be mixed with electric power channel and signal channel, transmit multi channel low frequency signal and current at the same time. It has the advantages of stable transmission, no packet loss, no string code, low return loss, small insertion loss and so on.

The high frequency signal can transmit analog signals and high speed digital signals which are more than 500MHz-50GHz through the high frequency rotary joint. This series of slip ring has good performance, lower signal attenuation and transmission fluctuation value, has been widely used in air traffic control, medical engineering equipment, satellite communications systems, video surveillance systems and other fields. Signal channel frequency up to 50GHz max and 16 channels max. The insertion loss is less than 0.5dB, and SWR less than 1.5. Simulation coaxial cable structure, high strength elastic contact, wear resistant, anti-fatigue alloy material, excellent performance, what’s more ,the electric sealing structure make it has strong anti-interference.
