JINPAT Low Torque Rotary Union
A rotary union is a union that permits the flow of a fluid into and/or out of the rotating part. It is, sometimes, referred to a swivel union, rotary couplings, hydraulic coupling, pneumatic rotary union, or vacuum/air rotary union.
JINPAT has recently launched a rotary union series featuring low torque. Sealing surface or ring is made of special material to resist wear, rust and corrosion with no leakage. Two precise bearings are located inside the swivel joint, which allows a high-speed rotation with lasting smooth running and low friction coefficient. Such pneumatic rotary union can transmit compressed air and nitrogen. It also supports transmission of power, switch signal, Ethernet, USB, Industrial CANBus, sensor signal at one time. Gas/liquid of 1-16 channels can be customized with a pressure up to 40MPa. Pipe size ranges from φ4mm to φ15mm. M5 is typically used for connector, while G1/8, G3/8, G1/4, G1/2 is also available. For specific needs, it could integrate with electrical slip ring to meet more challenging needs.
