New inverter CutFire 100i

Plasma cutting of thin sheets with swirl gas air

As of now Kjellberg offers a new inverter CutFire 100i to further improve the cutting performance of the well-proven CutFire series for plasma cutting with air: The cutting inverters CutFire 100i built in or after 2017 are equipped with the new machine torch Flash 101 and uses air now also as swirl gas.

The air rotating around the plasma arc stabilizes the arc and thus enables cutting up to 30 mm and piercing up to 20 mm. Besides, the cooling and protective effect of the swirl gas ensures higher cutting speeds and an increased lifetime of the consumables.
