The Liebherr truck mounted concrete pump 37Z4 XXT offers many useful advantages for our customers. To optimize service, a number of design features simplify changing out wear parts. The four parts, 37 meter distributor boom in Z-fold design is extremely torsion-resistant, which ensures low vibration levels when moving the boom at the construction site. The concrete line runs close to the boom on the left and right sides for a balanced weight distribution. The concrete line pipe bends feature a large radius of 275 mm ensuring minimal pressure loss over the length of the distributor boom. In addition, mostly pipe bends of the same type are used to minimize the necessity to stockpile various different wear parts.

The patented XXT narrow support exclusively from Liebherr is extremely sturdy and torsion resistant. The front and rear outriggers are fastened directly to the distributor boom pedestal, channeling forces directly into the supports. All four outriggers are pivot mounted, allowing maximum flexibility and giving the distributor boom a very large working range

with narrow supports. This is a decisive advantage at construction sites with limited access.

The truck mounted concrete pump 37 Z4 XXT offers three high performance high pressure pump units from which to choose, concrete flow rates up to 163 m³/h are possible.

Chassis from various manufacturers can be used for the truck mounted concrete pump according to customer requirements.

Liebherr offers an extensive range of optional accessories and equipment for the 37 Z4 XXT. Customers can select additional storage compartments, an additional diesel tank or an auxiliary access ladder on the left side. A magnetic rotating beacon provides additional safety and a pneumatic end hose pinch valve prevents continued discharge of concrete when repositioning the boom.
