Mytron MCV-3010, larger working envelop, bigger capacity

The MCV-3010''s axes run on fully hand-scraped, precision grinded and heat treated box type guide ways. The rigidity is completely preserved by six rails on the Y-axis. The table can be loaded with 4,000 kg of parts for all kinds of tough jobs.

The tools on the MCV-3010 is changed by side mounted, 24+1 arm type tool changer which increase cutting time and allow for a big variety of tooling combination.

Coolant flooding at the work table and surrounding sheet metals allow efficient chip escape.

The control selection is highly selective in terms of Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
