The DV series is designed and built for heavy manufacturing environments

The DV series is designed and built for heavy manufacturing environments with a maximum table diameter of 4000 mm, and a maximum part allowance of 4400 mm in diameter and 2300 mm in height.

The table of all DV series vertical lathes sits on a cross spindle design, where the spindle is supported by cross-tapered roller bearings and hydrostatic pressure rails. Major castings such as the base, cross rail, and columns are all heavily ribbed and stress relieved to achieve the ideal vibration dampening attributes The rigidity, combined with our experienced and precise assembly process, allow Lymco DV vertical lathe to perform in the most demanding environments.
