ZENTRUM's rigid structure allows exceptional loading for wide variety of job requirements. It has crosswise traversing, vibration resistant bed design and strongly braced box-type cast structure with greater rigidity over frame type versions.
With ZENTRUM you can be sure that high precision will be maintained over a long period of time because it's bed slideways are hardened , grounded and meticulously hand-scrapped before assembly.
ZENTRUM has Box-in-box design with 3 roller rails supporting ram saddle travel to increase stability. It's been provided with Dual Y-axis ball screw to maintain pairing balance and thrust in cutting range.Spindle's unit heat is treated to HRC 68° to sustain heavy cutting stress throughout machine service life.
