In this webinar, we will introduce an important update to the way Malvern Panalytical support our customers in ensuring their laser diffraction systems are working as designed. Performance testing of Mastersizer systems is based on the use of Malvern’s single-shot glass bead Quality Audit Standard (QAS). We will soon release a new batch of this material (Batch 3), which may lead to a requirement for our customers to update their own system test procedures. We will describe the properties of this new QAS batch and will review how it’s use plays an important part in system testing in line with industry standards.
