Manipulator for rolls

Pneumatic industrial arm manipulator with two self centring jaws gripping tool, for internal gripping of rolls.

Gripping is made by a pneumatically operated gripping tool with two jaws pushing from inside.

The available big gripping stroke allows the gripping of all the dimensions of rolls.

The self centring movement of the jaws allows to grip the rolls with accuracy.

Available also in execution with tilting device, to allow to turn the rolls from horizontal to vertical and vice versa.

Both the controls for gripping and releasing, than those for the lifting and lowering of the load are located on the control handle of the manipulator.

This equipment can be supplied both in version on column than in suspended execution, sliding on rails, by a pneumatic motoreducer device, also controlled by controls located on the handle.

Max capacity 200 kg.

Max work radius 4.2 m

Max vertical stroke up to 2 m.
