Meiser reorganized his factory !

Meiser has welcome 2 students, Louis CHENEL and Thomas DELATTRE, engineering students ICAM - Lille from November 2015 to January 2016 for a flow optimization task in the workshop.

During 3 months in Meiser, Louis and Thomas worked on developing an action plan in collaboration with the Design Office, the logistic and production teams to optimize the way of the flow: from raw material to dispatch, through the production, reception and storage.

This project has resulted in tracing ground traffic storage areas, as well as the acquisition of new storage racks.

5 months after the submission of their recommendations, the action plan is 100% finalized. The plant is fully equipped which promotes flow management, operators' work and productivity and also the security is improved.

Meiser, through its LESTREM site, now has all the assets to satisfy its customers.
