NEW DESIGN SPLIT FURNACE WITH PROTECTED TUBE

-PROTECTED TUBE- INDEPENDENTLY CONTROLLABLE HEATING ZONES- CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE-

MSE Furnace has recently designed and manufactured a new split furnace which has protected tube in case of any explosion of tubes to protect the operator from the device. The first aim was providing safe operations.

This furnace has ability to both control the atmosphere inside the tube and independently control heating zones which can occur a gradient between the zones for some specific heat treatment applications.It is also possible to do fast heating up to 1200°C.

Some applications to do with this device are ; sintering, annealing, tempering, normalizing, hardening
