Vibration-proof and durable Monitor bracket for industrial requirements

New in the norelem product portfolio - two monitor bracket versions for industrial monitors, touch panels and control units.

They provide vibration-proof locking, maximum flexibility thanks to a height adjustment mechanism and swivel option, various connection dimensions, as well as a high load bearing capacity.

In times from industry 4.0, monitors and touch panels are often found on machines and plants. These must be able to rotate, tip and swivel and be able to adapt to the flexible requirements of the customer. For this reason, norelem has added two different versions of rugged monitor brackets to their range:

Monitor bracket with ball joint allows free movement over a 60°range

The high-tensile materials guarantee process-reliable, permanent loading with up to 25 kg (with ball joint max. 10 kg). All movable parts can be adjusted separately from one another without tools using manual elements. The adjusted position is locked reliably even when subjected to vibrations.

The monitor brackets are highly flexible and adaptable. The operating device can be fastened to either a universal aluminium fastening plate or to an optionally available VESA 75/100 adapter plate. The monitor bracket be mounted, without tools directly onto an existing Ø30 mm tube. For other fastening possibilities an optional wall bracket or profile bracket are also available. The wall bracket has universal fastening holes allowing it to be easily mounted on a panel element. The profile bracket can be mounted directly onto an aluminium profile.

When mounted to a round tube, the height of monitor bracket can be adjusted around the tube to body height, which ensures excellent work ergonomics. The swivel option allows the monitor to be rotated in all directions to suit the field of vision.
