NOXERIOR joins NOVAIR GROUP

We are glad to inform you that NOVAIR has recently finalized the acquisition of NOXERIOR (ex-IGS Italia), Italian manufacturer of on-site oxygen and nitrogen generators since 1973, counting thousands of references worldwide.

For nearly 40 years, NOVAIR has been developing in the design and manufacture of on-site gas systems including medical and industrial PSA oxygen & nitrogen generators, air and vacuum units, cylinder filling systems, air & gas boosters and compressors, and design & installation of compressed gases piping network.

Over the same period, NOXERIOR has specialized in on-site oxygen and nitrogen generators, with a main focus on the hollow-fiber membrane and the modular PSA technologies, as well as a strong competency in complex engineering projects for EPC customers.

NOVAIR and NOXERIOR already share common values of superior quality, continuous innovation and tailor-made technology. Combining two experienced teams and complementary products & technologies, the newly formed group is prepared to provide to its customer the highest level of expertise, experience, and support currently available around the world for on-site medical & industrial gas generation solutions.

With NOXERIOR on board, NOVAIR offers an enlarged scope of products, services and engineering competencies. A major step that reinforces even further NOVAIR position of market leader in the on-site gas systems industry.

As agreed between the parties, M. Oscar de Groen, the former owner and current Managing Director of NOXERIOR, will remain for a short transition period and will leave the company at the end of 2016.
